I received three pizzas as ordered and unfortunately one was not the right one. When I called in the gentleman who answered let me know the pizza was already being remade and would be sent out asap... I was expecting the one corrected pizza, but instead they remade the whole order ! We were pleasantly surprised and now have leftovers for a week 🤣✌🏻

They were timely… but man is this the worst Papa J’s I’ve ever had. Straight up soggy… didn’t know I need utensils to eat pizza. Figure it out guys, find a clue somewhere.

Consistently bad service and poorly made food. The employees don't put care into the food they make you and clearly don't want to be working there. I also don't see how it's acceptable to drive 30 minutes out of the way to deliver someone elses order when my home was closer. I've finally learned my lesson about continuing to give you guys more chances. How about instead of offering to give credits just to get me off the phone, you speak to your employees about their lack of work ethic.

Service was terrible, attitudes are something they serve along with the horrible taste of the food. All around horrible. The chicken was nasty, the pizza itself was ok but I think compared to this location I'd rather have saved the money and went elsewhere like little Caesars or whatever budget pizza place is in cedar rapids. For the cost, I would expect better. But hey walking in there was just a drench of attitude that says we don't care what did I expect from the food right? Waste of money, go elsewhere.
