I normally get pretty good service here but this last visit was atrocious. I kept being charged for the wrong thing even after pointing out that what I was being charged for was not what I had ordered or received. The gal at the cash register kept arguing with me. After four attempts to overcharge me she consulted with someone in the back and came out and rang up the order correctly. No apology, no thank you.

Don’t trust the hot-n-ready because they’ll almost certainly say “it’ll be about 15 minute”. They can’t keep up with anything with the employees they’ve got working here. If I have time to wait for pizza, I’d get something good.

This location has been a train wreck every time I've been there. Pandemonium and confusion reigns and the end result usually is long waits (even if ordering online) and pizzas you didn't ask for. I ordered online, and was told it was ready to pick up. But when I got there only 1 of the 2 pizzas I ordered was in the portal. Talked to employee and was told they would get the other to me in 5 - 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I get my second pizza. After returning home, I opened the box I waited 20 minutes for and discovered it wasn't what I had ordered. The pizza provided was 2 bux less than the one I ordered, but didn't feel like attempting to get restitution from the store. Based on their inability to provide their core functions (getting the correct pizza made timely), I figured that it would be beyond them and be more trouble than it was worth. Avoid this store unless you have a craving that just won't be denied.

Absolutely no customer service in the store. My order was 20 minutes late. And the quality of said pizza was incredibly poor. 1 of the 2 pizzas wasn't even cut and the other was partially cut in random directions.
