When we entered the business, we immediately noticed the lack of cleanliness throughout the entire place. Now, the restaurant had just opened for the day and it was evident that it not been cleaned before opening. Many of the windows, especially the entry doors were smeared from being wiped with a greasy rag. The cash register was in the same condition. There was litter on the floor in many places. Many of the tables were caked with dried food. We had to use hand sanitizer to clean an area to be able to eat. The soda dispenser area was sticky. There was dust hanging from the light globes and cobwebs on the wall at the menu board. I had the Pad Thai. It was Pad Thai-ish. Taste was bland, not like other Noodles I've gone to. My wife's meal was Luke warm and she said that the noodles weren't well cooked. Based on the sty-ish condition of the place, my wife is threatening to call our local health department.

This place is really busy during lunch, which makes you want to order ahead. We sat down for lunch today, and I asked for extra noodles in my entree. I thought it would be a few dollars extra but not the cost of an entire new entree. You might as well order another entree if you want to order extra of something. Entree was still incomplete, but the line was too long to say anything. The food is really good even though I have the same entree every time I go to Noddles.

On 05/15/2021 placed an order for my daughters 1 regular bowl Wisconsin Mac and Cheese with grill chicken breast and 1 small bowl Wisconsin Mac and Cheese with mushrooms. Arrived at location to pick up my order, my order was said to be completed, did not find my order, cashier approached me to ask what I was waiting for, showed her my phone with confirmation of my order. Cashier talked to manager and they said they would remake my order, I had to go to work and I was already delayed due to this, was offered a cookie or rice crispy treat for my wait , and I declined due to my children do not like either. Received my order and left, when I returned home my children were disappointed with there food, my daughter's Wisconsin Mac and Cheese barely had any cheese or mushrooms in it . On the following Monday I issued a complaint on noodlesandcompany.com , I received an email on 05/17/2021 from Kevin Fuller the assistant general manager apologizing for the inconvenience and that he would send me coupons ; never received the coupons. On 06/28/2021 I emailed Kevin again asking if he had sent the coupons, no reply. It is 07/15/2021 and I have still yet to receive the coupons that Kevin promised. I have had this happen once in the past from this very same location. I am sorry to say that I will not be ordering or dining at this Noodles and Company anytime in the future, I am also letting my family and friends know that, this Noodles and Company has horrible customer service if this is their policy to promise to send coupons to correct their error and not send them.

I love the food at Noodles, my favorite are the Buffalo Chicken and Mac & Cheese. We use to get a lot of takeout with Noodles, but 75% of the time, they would get our order wrong. So we stopped ordering takeout. Still one of my favorite locations though. Even though it's always either freezing in the building or way too hot. Very odd.

Hi, Noodles and Company dont have their own personal delivery but Grubhub and Doordash are their staples for delivery and I believe Ubereats. Hope this helps..have good night! P.S. if you use GOOGLE25 you'll receive a 25% discount using doordash (if it's your first time using them)
