Never had an issue before when it came to picking up and dropping off dry cleaning from my work until today. We were calling since 6am to schedule a pickup for a guest's laundry. 4 messages were left and I started getting worried that something serious may have happened. I drove across town to drop off the clothing and was surprised to see that the place was open. I asked about getting the laundry done that same day(I was there before noon) and rudely was told that they were done for the day. I said I had been calling since 6am and was told that was not their problem and they were having phone issues. I asked if they made phone calls to the businesses that they pick up from when such a case as this happens...no. Our guest now will not have his request taken care of and my opinion of the company has dropped. We rely on great customer service (which we had in the past)and I am hoping to speak with the manager and get this cleared up At that time I would love to make a revision of this post. I am hoping to hear something by Monday, 10/14/19. As of 1/6/2020, no response from manager or owner.
