Stay away from place! Very rude and unprofessional owners. After checking in very late morning 5am and paying full price $105 being assured by night clerk (that had just been woke up from a shift nap) that late checkout would be offered, I started getting non stop phone calls from “Abby” on my personal phone 5 minutes before normal checkout time, to exit the room immediately or she is calling the police. After taking a quick shower she proceeds to call again and told me to come sit on the couch in the lobby so the housekeeper can clean the last remaining room, I told her I was still undressed but she still was persistent I come and stay on this couch. Eventually, my wife and I left the room and the housekeeper was still cleaning other rooms. We wanted to have a word with this Abby and tell her conduct is not acceptable when someone is paying full price and being harassed out of their room. She went into hiding upon our approach. I plan on contacting Choice Hotels corporate as well. I am familiar with the hospitality industry and putting myself in her shoes…the owner is still dead wrong. Stay in Kenosha or travel couple minutes further to another hotel. Don’t make the mistake we made unless you want to start your day off on a bad note.

First of all , online room price was 80.00, upon arriving it was 154.00 even with a CDL discount they lowered it to 101.00 but didn't tell me it was going back up sat until check out. First night was ok, 2nd night however was nothing but a big drug party. The smell was gagging people outside either dealing drugs or something but weren't patrons of the motel ( looking into racine police department large amounts of drugs have been a problem in the past) front desk lady was talking on speaker phone to her husband and snippy when I tried to get help. At checkout I tried understanding the bill I was told it was already discounted was a cheap deal but still 60.00 over online price in which I screen shotted to show them. Rooms were clean housekeeper did an amazing job & we tipped her as such. Breakfast was very good! But Saturday night didn't appear to be a safe or public environment especially if you don't want a room buzz every time that you go in the hall. Luckily I didn't have any small children! Please don't even respond as every response I've read on here is exactly the same word for word!

The room was clean as well as the facility itself was kept clean. The bed was comfortable, with the exception of the head being lower than the foot. The heater was quiet, but near the window it was chilly. It was windy, and the wind may have been a factor, but it was down right cold by the window. The staff was nice, the cleaning people were great also, asking if I needed anything. The location was good for me. The place is pretty quiet when I was there, which is always nice.

The Quality Inn is a nice quite award winning hotel with good breakfast and a great staff. I have always enjoyed my stay here. It's also located across the street from the Petro truck stop with lots of truck parking, and subway and a few other restaurants are on the same street as well.
