My car died and no one in the parking lot would help me. Thankfully this gentleman working inside came out to jump it. Thank you again Ray, I truly appreciate your help!

I absolutely love this location. Everyone I have spoken to and worked with has been very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The tellers here have been able to help where another location, Mahopac, has not. They go the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service and I highly recommend the Carmel location to everyone.

Our credit union is a financial cooperative, so all of our members are co-owners of the credit union. We are not an MWBE business, if that's what you were asking.

Hi Grace, You can see our rates here: https://www.hvfcu.org/Personal/Accounts/Rates/Savings-Rates

Do you have checking and direct deposit?

Paul Francis | Oct 22, 2018

They do, checking is no minimum balance and they have a printout that you can simply hand to your employer that has all the info they need for direct deposit.

what are your cd rates

Bob Pilberg | Oct 22, 2018
Paul Francis | Oct 22, 2018

Their rates depend on a multitude of factors including CD duration and even the T bill for their flex rates. I believe their highest rate now is somewhere around 2.04 and climbing with the market. The tellers can print you out a sheet of rates if you ask them too, it helps to have them all in one spot. Hope this helps.
