Didn't want to leave a review but I am unable to get a hold of them on the phone, it just goes to voicemail. I originally brought in wheels and new tires to be swapped. They put the tires on and balanced them but after I picked them up, I noticed they used outside wheel weights, instead of ones on the inside like when I brought them in. They go on an older car with hubcaps so when I eventually went to put the hubcaps on they would not fit. I brought the wheels back, with the hubcaps this time, some months later and had them rebalance with proper inside weights. They charged me for this and said it was very difficult and took 2 hours of work. I figured ok maybe I should have brought it in sooner after the incorrect weights were installed. This week I notice a loud sound coming from the rear of the car. When I popped the hub cap off, 3 of the lug nuts were completely loose and 2 were just barley holding on. I noticed the reason they were coming loose is because all 5 lugs were put on backwards. It could have been very very dangerous thank god I noticed the sound before the wheel came all the way off. Not only did I pay twice for something that should have been done properly the first time, but I was driving around for a long while with backwards lug-nuts on one of my wheels. I wanted to try and fix the situation and I'm sure they are busy but I cannot get a hold of anyone, called in the morning and multiple times in the afternoon, always voicemail.
