My son said he got a room with a hot tub paid 200 dollars so he and his gf could celebrate his birthday. He's not one to complain but I will for him because this was gross and unacceptable for 200 dollars. He said there was a spider in the bed and worst of all it was dirty and when the jets turned on it looked like dead skin cells just blowing around the tub. That would have made me vomit and I would have came down and demanded a refund at that point and left to go else where. So gross! I told him he should have said something. Nasty. Have a talk with housekeeping please and do better at maintaining bath tubs showers hot tubs Jacuzzis and so on. Maybe even an exterminator from time to time so people don't have spiders in their beds.

Positive: The amenities were great. Negative: The hotel was fine. The problem is I paid for a king size bed and got a full size. I would like a refund for the difference in pricing.

I came in from out of town for a few days to visit with my sister in the hospital. From the moment of reservation to check in i was put at ease. The guy at the front desk was very friendly (I wish I remembered his name to give him credit) Guest in the lobby were friendly as well. Room was beautiful and very clean! I had breakfast before I left and it was ur normal hotel breakfast but the lady in charge of putting it all together was fabulous she kept everything stocked and was well presented. I would definitely go back if I was ever again in Racine. Thanks again for a great memory, and a warm bed.. oh p.s. BTW at check in they had fresh backed cookies for the guest's!

Extremely clean and professional staff. Took care of everything I need. Also shipped out my packages. Housekeepers do a great job cleaning rooms and keeping things well. Breakfast was good as well. Lobby and hotel looked new. I should be back soon.
