Two matinées in two and feel like there’s still more to discover and enjoy at the theater. I’ve enjoyed the recliners, the offering at the concession stand and the fact that there’s a rewards program is fun. I will have to say the only slight negative that I ran into was that they don’t accept Apple Pay - the first day I arrived with my girls ready to watch the new minions movie and no physical card/cash. Thanks to a manager, we downloaded the app and purchased not only tickets but also snacks and drinks then proceeded yo have a great experience!

Overall the theatre itself is in good condition and do provide you with the movie experience you walk in there to get. But, I’m only giving 2 stars because last time I was there the staff was pretty slow for a movie theatre as far as food. There was also popcorn all over the soda machines both in the floor and counters, there were no soda lids, and I definitely don’t recommend ordering on the app ahead thinking you’ll get you’re food right away when you’re there because most of the time they ignore you and leave you standing there until they’re regular line shortens. In that case, you might as well wait and order upon arrival. Not the best experience!

It’s nice that they were an early adopter of the fewer-but-more-luxurious seats, and the experience of seeing a movie on the big screen is still good, but the concessions experience is poor. It took 40 minutes to get a burger and fries. Missed the start of my movie. Many workers standing around or sweeping, but apparently nobody in the kitchen. Also weird that you are now asked for a mobile phone number to order tickets at the self-service kiosk.

Love the seats! They recline, they heat, and they're wide. So much easier to focus on the movie without having to wiggle for a comfortable position every 20 min. like the old days. Fast lines, too! Great people

You can't. There are social distancing markers on the floor. You stand in line just like normal. All but one of the soda fountain machines are in operation and there is a staff member there to wipe down and sanitize after every use.
Yes, at 1:00pm
As of 12-13-19 it is NOT listed as playing at the Renaissance location. There is an app that lets you browse movies at different times and locations.

No it's a Marcus theater, different brand/chain. You can use a theater gift card on Fandango issued by one of the following theater chains ONLY: AMC, Regal, Cinemark, Carmike, Kerasotes, Pacific and Southern theaters.
At the theater? The fact that you even ask shows a lack of appropriate boundaries on your part. Remember, not everyone has good hearing. To be considerate of those trying to hear the dialogue, we must all be quiet and enjoy the movie. Do your socializing after it's over.
Unfortunately, they only way to use any free tickets/passes etc is at the box office at the theater. So you'll have to go to the theater to use the tickets/passes and choose your seats there.
Soda fountain is open to the public who purchase soda, water, slushies, iced tea, etc. You fill your own cup. Alcohol is served once the bar is open.
Their website has all the current showtimes
No but many of them have armrests that flip up to make 2 seats together
Pretty sure Incredibles 2 came out this summer & is out on DVD now, not at the theatre anymore.
Please call before you go to make sure they are open
Yes
Call the front desk and they should be able to tell you
I am not sure about the Restaurant itself because I don't go to that part of the theater. Sorry I wasn't more of a help.

It is the same whether online or in person.
The Oak Creek theater was advertising you could earlier this week. I would think so with both being Marcus Theaters.

Consindering the nearest theater playing that movie is over an hour away in Lake Zurich, Ill, I'm betting it's only a very limited release and not due to politics.

Do a Google search of the movie to bring up Marcus locations and times for this movie.
Thats not correct. To see a rated R movie you must be 18 unless accomoanied by an adult.
Downloading their app is always best and it's more convenient
Google the theatre & call & ask. They are pretty good there.
You would have to ask Fandango
If you download the Marcus app on your phone, you can buy tickets / pick seats ahead of time. That would be the best way to see availability.

Also, (especially if the kiosk is not working), the ticket counter can read your phone confirmation (a bar code), and give you tickets. Fandango also offers print out option (from home printer) to scan at machine or counter.
