Terrible experience for my bill to be $56.47 for 1 adult and 3 kids under the age of 8. Chicken tenders were burnt. My steak tips were seasoned very well and very tasty but the food was room temperature. I order the kids food 10 minutes before mine. They brought all the food out at once except for my 2 year olds food. Charlie the waiter said they forgot about his food. Charlie was nice but very forgetful. When I need him for any reason was never around. I will never go back to this IHOP never. The atmosphere was different. From what I was looking at the waiters and waitresses didn't know if they were coming or going.

We stopped in for breakfast before heading home and it was pretty busy. Our waitress was very friendly and was prompt on getting our drinks and taking our order. The food was done and served in good timing and everything was delicious.

Service was slow, as usual, and we only saw our server when she took our order, brought our food, and brought the bill. And when she brought the bill is when she offered refills. We were already done eating. But, she was really nice and friendly. The food was awesome. They have nice happy hour specials and their overall prices are great during a time when restaurant prices are extremely high.

Took about an hour to order and receive food and there was only three families in the building. Food was overcooked and pancakes tasted more like batter. Never got refills on our drinks and didn't come back to ask if we needed anything else. Chicken was brown on the inside and mostly burnt breading.
