For those of you on a long layover, it’s well worth the walk to come here rather than eating in the terminal. The beef that was in the chimichanga was some of the best I have had at a Mexican restaurant. The service was also excellent, and so was the salsa!

Tried this place for the first time.. It was wonderful! The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere is very nice. Great service and food! I'll definitely come back here to try some of their other plates/specials

First they charged me 19$ for nachos which is outrageous….then bring me obviously burnt nachos with none of the toppings I asked for… I brought it back and asked them to please correct my order and a man brought me nachos with cold guacamole on it (which I didn’t order I wanted avacados) and send me on my way… I don’t usually write bad reviews but this place made me feel really ripped off..

I am not a fan of Mexican food but this place changed my mind. Restaurant is not fancy but is very customized with typical Mexican atmosphere and ambiance. Fortunately I have been there with my friend so he knew what to order. Maybe I don’t like all the Mexican food but some of them I love it.

Thank-you for asking. We have a Milwaukee Health Department approved COVID safety plan in place and action. We require masks to be worn by everyone (all staff included), except while at their table or seat at the bar. We are sanitizing all tables, chairs, bar, barstools, doors, handles, and bathrooms on a regular basis throughout each day. We have hand sanitizing stations positioned throughout the dining room, bar, and outside the bathrooms. Also, we have removed 1/2 of our tables from the dining room to seat people at a 6ft distance from other tables. We take the safety of our clientele to be a top priority.
Hola Mary, Thank-you very much for your inquiry! Yes we do have live mariachi music every Wednesday from 6 - 9 pm. The Trio Alma Latina entertains our clientele with the wonderful sounds of Mexico and also takes some requests. We look forward to seeing you when you are able to stop in!
