This pizza hut is great. They always have my food ready on time and it's always hot and tasty.

They delivered the entirely wrong order to our house. When I called and told them, they put me on hold several times and each time they came back to the phone they asked me all over again what I was calling about. They said they could not redeliver the order, it apparently wasn't possible, so I had to drive to the store to pick it up half an hour later. When I did, I asked for the delivery charge and delivery driver tip to be refunded and was told they would do it the next day. I never got that refund.

I had placed my order online on 1/14/2022 and had paid via online app for some reason the payment didn't go through because there was a glinch in their system, the driver called me and said I only gave him $9.00 which was his tip I gave him in cash I didn't realize that the payment didn't go through the general manager called me to say she didn't get paid for the pizzas I told her I can pay over the phone she said there is no way and needed cash right away she was very rude and said that the driver is outside waiting for the money I told her I dont have cash on me and again I offered to pay with my debit card or check she said no at this point she was yelling at me and said the driver needs to take the pizzas back and I told her that we had started eating it she didn't care she wanted the pizzas back and I couldn't eat those pizzas for free I said I would go down to the store and pay her the money this could of been handled differently if she was a professional especially if she was the general manager. I would not recommend ordering from here again after so many years not ordering Pizza Hut.

When arriving at the store, it was hard to tell if anyone was there, except for one car in the parking lot. I checked in at the time provided by the app for estimated pickup availability. There was no indication that the check-in was received. When a second customer arrived, then there was activity, and I could see the employee pull the completed order from the rack and bring it out. The employee almost brought my order to the other car, even though our cars were not even similar in color or type as entered on the app prior to arrival. This tells me the food was ready when I arrived and the 5-8 minutes sitting there was not necessary. The breadsticks were not as hot as they should have been, probably due to the extended time waiting on the shelf. In all, the food was still tasty and prepared well; so, I still consider Pizza Hut a great place to get this type of cuisine at a reasonable price. They must have been busier than I could see from outside, and 5 minutes is no reason to be too harsh.
