I'm extremely disappointed as I've given this specific chain multiple chances, but sadly my order was yet again incorrect. This is the second time that this has happened. I had ordered half cheese and half pepperoni with black olive. However, the pizza I received was covered in pepperoni (not just half) and no black olives. I feel as though why bother ordering the toppings at this point and stick to only cheese to be on the safe side.

Delivery took an hour and 10 minutes after it was ordered, pizza crust was soft and undercooked, was missing toppings (ordered Buffalo sauce ontop), box was severely damaged, and came barely warm because well ya know, it took a fricken hour. So severely disappointed, order from a different location

Desiree was awesome!!! Very sweet……. gave me very nice customer service…… the manager Richard was very helpful and even recommended some things I never knew about…..food was excellent I most definitely will be returning!!!!!

Took them 1hr34min to deliver a pizza that never came. No where to be found. Attempted to call the store 7 times, kept getting hung up on purpose. Spent an hour on the phone trying to get in contact with anyone. Even had corporate call, still refused to answer their phones. Was offered a measly 20% off coupon off a future order as if I would willingly go through this experience again. If I could give 0 stars I would.
