I made an appointment for a Monday afternoon at the Shreve & Co. Palo Alto store and was greeted at the entrance by Brandon Crocker, who proceeded to spend the next hour showing me their collection of timepieces and revealing a wealth of knowledge about the various brands on display. As the Rolex SS Professionals are unavailable in every AD I've visited across the country, including Hawaii, I expressed interest in viewing other brands. Well, I fell for the IWC models and Brandon raised my knowledge of that line from (virtually) zero to a lot! Along with the Omega Speedmaster, I now have an alternate fountain of AD obtainable watches and am taking time to decide on the one. On the sundry side, the Shreve & Co. Palo Alto store is very well-lit, immaculately clean, comfortably appointed and has roomy aisles. I must say that I felt no pressure from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Brandon was the perfect host on the other side of the display cases and I very much enjoyed the visit. After hearing of my experience, my eldest said, "I'd like to go with you the next time you go there." (Photo note: the Milgauss is an Exhibition model)

I have had nothing but exceptional experiences at Shreve. Never have I felt pressured, but always felt welcomed. While shopping I have been lucky enough to have met an outstanding person who also happens to be a salesperson. I make that distinction because while he might be selling me things, I always feel he's got my best interests in mind. Craig is just fantastic. I have now purchased two watches and a beautiful ring and I am completely satisfied, not just with the jewelry but with the fantastic service. I wholeheartedly recommend Shreve if you are shopping for fine jewelry.

I went in there to just browse and see if they had any watches I’d like. The person who worked with me, Tony, was more than courteous and showed me the the selection available. I told him how I was interested in Tudor And he showed me their selection. To my surprise they had a GMT in stock, and after talking to some enabling watch friends, decided to purchase it. Tony was pleasant the whole time, and showed his extensive knowledge in watches, which made it fun to talk watches with him. I expressed how this was my first luxury watch purchase, and he was super excited! He said how he was happy I was able to get a watch I always wanted. He even gave me a few awesome coffee table watch catalogs. I will definitely come back to purchase future watches, and I recommend Tony, as he was super professional and fun to work with!

What a great and seamless experience with Nu at Shreve! I’ve been a few times at the store and the service / events have been consistently well-managed especially during this pandemic time. Nu has always been very attentive and understanding to our style on jewelry/watches needs. Shreve is certainly one of my go to store for any particular jewelry or timepieces!
