Great station, almost every train stops here, and lots of connections to Stanford Marguerite shuttles, VTA and SamTrans buses, and local commuter shuttles. In close proximity to Palo Alto HS and Town and Country Shopping center as well. There is a coffee place which is pretty good. Don’t park your bike here. It’ll get stolen.

Nice station overall, but it would be nice if the faculty here would let people use the bathroom without buying something from them. I understand that cod be a problem with homeless, but I wouldn't think it would be bad in Palo Alto.

It depends on where you're going (there's two sides of the train station) and yes there's a Menlo park cal train. Depends on the train stops
You'd have to take a bus to light rail to Tamein station, then Caltrain toward San Francisco. Get off at the Palo Alto stop and there are free shuttles to Stanford hospital. Good luck!
