Pizza Hut 76th and Burleigh in Milwaukee WI gets NO STARS from me. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I ordered a pizza for delivery online and never received it. The phone was disconnected and when I went to the store to pick it up the Manager was rude and refused to refund my delivery charge and tip. When I asked for the full refund and keep the pizza the manager refused. I will never eat Pizza Hut again.

What a joke!!!! Waited an hour and a half for my pizza and not delivered. Got even better when I called customer service because their phone is disconnected. Completely not helpful. Actually told me to go to the store and get it myself. Do yourself a favor and just call Domino’s. That’s where I’ll go from now on. Wish I could leave zero stars

Was supposed to be here in 25-35 minutes…. expected delivery was 1:40 and it’s now 2:08 and still no pizza. slow service.

They forgot my cinnamon rolls and bread sticks with my box deal. How is it you as a cashier promote and offer the deal and for get the desert. Smh. Too much playing on the out field and not enough working in field.
