Was told over the phone I wasn't able to get a stand alone service of a "$20 scalp treatment", that I would have to bundle that service with a "$40 blowout". For a grand total of $60. Sorry but I'm not paying anyone $60 to basically wash and dry my hair. First of all the services are overpriced for what they are. And secondly its a really GRIMY business practice to force a second service just to receive the first. I am now boycotting Ulta beauty. Hope this review about their business practices help your decision where you take your business and wallet.
