This time through they had full staff and provided great service. Didn't try to oversell anything unnecessary and were informative as they went about the service. Offering water on summer days is nice touch.

Very poor service as the manageris very rude. He would not accept my Brewers coupon that I received at a recent Brewers game. The oil change was outrageously expensive at $85 before any discounts. His oil change technicians had no idea on oil filter types as I asked to have a good filter similar to WIX or NAPA Gold - technician had no idea if they had such comparable filter. So, I left to get a $45 oil change by my "Trusted dealership" whereby I know they use a great oil filter.

My 5 minute oil change took an hour and 10 minutes. There were 2 guys working. They had a diesel truck in the bay next to me. They had to call a auto parts store because the oil for their truck wasn't in stock, so the customer chose a different oil. Then they did the oil change on the truck. My vehicle didn't get touched UNTIL the diesel truck was all done. One guy SHOULD have taken off my oil plug to have the oil start draining, but that didn't happen. Both guys worked on that truck. My patience grew super thin while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. I almost got out to do my own oil change! They were horrible with time management, and I won't be returning. One guy should have been working on a vehicle at a time.
