Quite neighborhood. Neighbors are nice. The owner, Marshall is a good person. You keep pine straw and sticks picked up. Owner keeps grass cut. They pick up trash 2 times a week.

No animals allowed. Unless you have an assistant animal due to disability (not support) no animals allowed. You will have to call the number on the sign in front of the trailer park.

I'm looking for a lot to put my mobile home on, are there vacant lots?

I went there recently, and it looks like there could be a few lots available. The best way too find out is early in the mornin....you might catch the owner there.

You would have to go to the office or call. Your best bet is go to the office around 7:30 in the morning on week days

I have 2 kids here and I feel absolutely safe. I walked the neighborhood at night while pregnant and felt safe. It's great here. From what I have seen 500 to 600 for rent
