The store was clean! I walked in and a young lady name Cori was ready with a beautiful smile to help me! 2nd plus. I bought a screen protector for my tablet she also put that on with no bubbles! 3rd plus she answered all of my questions 4th plus. They had the item in stock which saved me from going to a third store. 5th plus and that's why it's 5 stars

A young man helped to reset my phone from being stuck due to Google Assistant. A different Metro store was trying to tell me I needed a new phone. Always go to the corporate office if it looks like its too soon for new phone! These people are fantastic! 10 stars to them.

Excellent Customer service 👍 and great experience Agents are attentive and willing to work with you oferring best option plans, they took time to explain and even offer me a bottle of water. Everything sitting on a nice chair and Agent was next to me with iPad in hand explaining the products step by step. Will definitely be back to the store ( which btw it was super clean )

Worst Experience ever going into a Metro Corporate store, it felt like a high school lounge area, the employees where laughing and joking with each other while me and 2 other customers where looking up ready to ask questions, when they came to assist me they where not very knowledgeable of the plans and products they quoted me a price then went to ring it up but was totally different, I changed my mind because the price was way off, and they seemed to get an attitude because I didn't want the Phone. The Manager on duty was no better I asked questions and he was not very Knowledgeable either giving me different prices all over the board. I ended up leaving empty handed and went to the Albany Corporate Location the atmosphere was a lot more professional and my questions where answered with confidence and knowledge of the product and plans and I was able to walk away satisfied thanks to the (Albany, Ca Corporate Store)
