Electric and non-electric sites. Reservable and non-reservable sites. $18 for non electric. Pit toilets by non electric sites. Non electric very open. Not many campers. Most people camped in electric sites. Possible flush toilets and shower building by electric sites but did not see. Right on Mississippi River. Would stay here again.

Great campground, well maintained, clean showers, and friendly professional staff. We stayed in the West Loop.

This is my second time here and everything is consistently great. The welcoming staff, clean restrooms and showers, clean and cut lawn, great fishing. Sites are spacious and lots of wildlife on land and inland waters; saw otters, turtles, eagles, woodpeckers, muskrats, and many more! I’ve camped throughout Wisconsin and this site is probably the most well-maintained.

This is a phenomenal place! The park is divided into upper and lower campgrounds. Bathrooms in both places. Showers in lower area. Quick walk from upper to shower areas. Rangers are beyond spectacular! Helpful and willing to work with campers on changes in dates and spots if available. Will be back in fall. The colors of changing leaves must be magic Another winner from Army corps of engineers campgrounds!

Don't know about south and North areas, but I would imagine west part is open. River stage has been receeding.
Yes there are 24-hour showers they usually closed for about an hour to two hours for cleaning best time to go is either in the afternoon or late in the evening then there's less people

Yes, the boat is in.
Great question, there is a bit of history down here related to different management in the past, however today, The county park is separate about a dozen seasonal sites, the former red bait shop and a boat launch just north of the corps of engineer boundary. The corps park is to the south of the county park and the private homes, we have about 150 site (75 electric) 2 boat launches a beach and shower house. Our sites have a max stay of 14 days in a 30 day period, reservations can be made a recreation.gov
