Slow operation with only a couple employees. I was the only customer when I got there. I asked for a Pepsi and a Mt Dew. They handed me two Mt Dews, and fixed it when I corrected her (good thing Mt Dew and Pepsi look different). Waited about 5 or 10 minutes for my food. Most of the food was hot, some was just warm. Food tasted good.

Absolutely awful! I ordered $43 worth of chicken, sides, with dessert. Told me it would be 20 minutes for my 8 pc bucket of chicken. Going on an hour, I went up to the drive thru window and the employees were confused as to where my order was and to who had taken it off the screen if I had not received it. The woman working the drivethru was very nice and quickly got them to get my order together and offered a free side but when I checked my order….they had given me a wrong side. So I had to go back up to the window and get the correct side that I had ordered.

Dirty and extremely poor customer service. Staff smoking outside the door and have it locked during business hours when you’re supposed to go inside to pick up online orders. Then they look at you in disgust because they’ve been inconvenienced during their smoke break. App indicates how far along the order is up to completion but the order hadn’t even been started when I got there. One lady was working hard trying to fill drive through orders. The girl taking orders couldn’t be bothered. The other was still on smoke break outside the door. No stars

TRASH. Employee didn’t know what they were talking about their combos. Gave us trash food. The fries tasted like they threw it on the ground and served it to us. They claim they’re out of macaroni cheese and didn’t want to make any. Which is definitely a lie. You guys were open for another 15 minutes. They shut their menu light off thinking they’re not getting anymore customers. Nice try. Asked if they could turn it back on and they refused. Never coming back.
