Had a trailer so parked in the lot and did mobile order. Apparently the lobby is (still) closed? I prepaid for the order and had to call the restaurant in hopes someone picks up to get my food. Turn off mobile ordering if you can’t handle it. Total s-show

Good luck getting everything in your order, and don’t you dare ask for an extra honey mustard for your 3 year olds happy meal. Management will yell at the poor teenage girl giving you your food because there’s 1 in the box. Such a joke.

Incredibly slow. I know to expect larger amounts of people at dinner, but the drive through was a disaster. Over 20 min wait time; people were leaving the line…most likely to head over to the more efficient Culver’s

Got my sandwich home to find 1/4 of the burger gone, looks like someone took a bite. This is suppose to be a quarter ponder. Tried calling only to have a busy signal for 3.5 hours then no one answers. Worst. Had to give one star but really wanted to leave no star.
