Seriously disappointed in this location. Although it was not busy, our order was wrong - both burgers were wrong & the fries were cold and soggy. Plus we waited an unreasonable amount of time to place our order since neither server could be bothered to take our order. Since Rockford has other Burger King locations, I'll be sure to skip this one on my next trip.

Decided to try the new chicken sandwich from BK today, bow was that a mistake. Order the meal that came with the small fry, and small drink. I asked for a Dr. Pepper, but got a stale diet coke with little ice. The small fry literally had 8 unsalted fries, and the chicken sandwich was dry! The buns were burnt on the edges, and the mayo looked more yellow then white so definitely been sitting out all day. I haven't been here in about 3 years, and after today's visit I know remember why.

I wish I was making this up. Went there around 4 p.m. I went inside to get a whopper jr and a drink. As I drove by, the drive thru had two or three cars waiting. I make my order at the counter and wait. For fourteen minutes. I am not kidding. At ten minutes into waiting (I could see the time on the order screen behind the counter for my ticket) an employee cleared it. More time goes by and someone asks me what I ordered. I had to repeat my order and then it was prepared a few minutes later. Many people in the drive thru had to wait in the parking lot to get their order. Not too busy, very mismanaged.
