They have nice variety of grocery items to offer and some items that you can't find anywhere else in the City. That sets them apart and they are a customer member owned type of business that anyone can shop at. They have some non organic items and a nice organic section.

It's a little expensive, but I am always able to find lots of vegetarian food that also accommodates my food allergies. They have a really good deli and a fun selection of local beers.

Scarier area? Not really sure but past issues with the company that used to be in this location might have something to do with it too.
I don't know about the one on the west side or north side but I know the one on Willy Street have wonderful uses freshly-made to your order and specifications I love them
Im not sure they have gotten to that point yet. You can call customer service and make the query, it may just be somethingthat was overlooked.
Unlike many places they track people coming and going and watch for masks, so if you are concerned I'd say this place is above average.
