Wish I could give this company zero stars.. I'm new to capitol one 1st time walking into a location people were nice and trying to deposit a check and it won't take the check.. Tried it at least 20 times and it won't take.. Talk about bad 1st impressions.. Now I have to mail the check to capital one.. Should have stayed with chase bank... This was my 2nd location I tried and still didn't work

Capital One is so frustrating and the only reason I stay is because I do a lot of international travel and there’s no transaction fees. This location, nobody has the same answer and their explanations change. Nobody knows what they are talking about whatsoever. They need to be trained and given information so all their answers align. If they don’t know something they want to transfer you to customer service and they don’t speak English so it’s impossible to understand anyone!
