They served my wife and I raw hamburgers. Like pink outside, purple centers. Tried calling them about it... it would ring out about 10 times and then the call cut out. I emailed corporate and got 2 coupons in the mail for a free quarter pounder at the same location.... I think I'll skip it. 😅

Honestly this USE to be a good McDonald’s all orders were correct until idk. Orders starting missing and stomachaches started kicking in. So yea. This McDonald’s use to be good that’s just all I’m saying. Whatever happen may be due to new employees lacking the care for customers health and needs.

Lately, the food is served cold. After a week of cold hamburgers, I asked for the manager. She hesitated to speak at all. I showed her the quarter pounder and showed her the unmelted cheese. She offered no help and it was a wasted effort. The quality of the food has gotten worse over the past weeks. I hesitate to mention that manager had difficulty with Emnglish.

We pulled into the Dryer Drive McDonalds on a snowy November evening. We were excited to dine in after a long day at the farm. Disappointed that the dining room was closed despite the misleading sign which read, “dining room now open!” I did not let this deter me. The young man at the register was very intuitive and, seeing us standing by the entrance, approached us to break the news. I blame this issue on corporate policy rather than staff. After we recovered from the disappointment, we proceeded to the drive through. Our order was long and tedious, but the young man took it with stride. He stopped me several times to confirm he heard my order correctly. The ice cream machine was not even broken; I got two small chocolate shakes. I felt a certain customer camaraderie as I pulled up to my parking spot and saw a fellow customer enjoying her meal in her SUV. In the end, I fell in love. This is a love story.
