Buyer Attention I purchased my 2019 Mercedes C43 a few months ago. When the first time I visited the dealership and checked out the car , the side skirts were already off . The salesman (David) and the General Sale Manager (Iyad) promised that the dealership are going to order a new set of side skirts for me and the side skirts will be reattached professionally. After a few months, the side skirts came off again and I found that the side skirts are not brand new. The side skirts were not installed properly. The 3M tape covers are not even fully removed from the side skirts before installation. I am extremely disappointed about the issue and the "PROFESSIONAL" services of this dealership. Updates: I received a call from the salesman David a week later after I posted the review above. He asked me to remove the review on here so he can talk to their management team. I refused to remove the review until the issue is resolved and they never follow up the issue with me again. I ended up spending $200 from my own pocket to have the left side side skirts replaced. I can't believe how shady the work this dealership had done on my car and the service are totally unacceptable. I hope all the potential buyer can see my review before they consider to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Due to my bad experience, I don't recommended anyone purchase any vehicle from this dealership.

My mom placed a new car back in February and it arrived within 3 months. Given the global supply chain shortage I think the wait time is better compare to other dealers. Two Sales representatives Bill and Marvin helped me through the entire process, Marvin also stayed late that night to wait for us finish the paperwork till 9pm. Sales manager Di was also super helpful in terms of educating us on different car models and finance options. The buying experience is so easy and smooth, will definitely come back if we need or can afford another Mercedes!

Have always had terrific, fast and friendly service at this Mercedes dealership, even though I did not originally purchase my vehicle here (had previously purchased out of state prior to moving to the area). Appointments are on time, service is quick and reliable, and my car is always available on time and is washed when I pick it up. I also appreciate how easy it is to communicate with my service professional via text, and prepay for my bill online. Shout out to Ethan for always being super helpful and professional. Why not rate them 5 stars? Unfortunately, the online appointment scheduling system is totally broken. For example, my car was recently due for regular maintenance. I received emails from the dealership notifying me and encouraging me to schedule an appointment. When clicking through to the website, no appointments were available, AT ALL, in the next 3 months. However, when I called via phone, appointments were available for the following week. If they can fix that, they'll be truly great!

We walked in to browse the inventory, Tony greeted us and started asking questions to figure out what kind of vehicle we are more interested in and showed us different options without being pushy or making us uncomfortable. He was very friendly and very patient and professional. He helped us trade our old vehicle for a good price and helped us finance the new car with a very good rate I couldn’t say no to! For some reason I was a bit skeptical at first about buying cars from dealership but Tony alone changed it and made it a very pleasant experience. I love my GLC300 and enjoy it a lot Thanks Tony and entire MB of Stevens’s Creek team

It is expensive because it's Mercedes but at this location you'll get an attitude. If you're not Filthy Rich dress up nice so they think you are.

Definitely. They are super busy but very organized. Also, when you get your car back it will be washed.
