This is not Home Depot or Lowes and more of a show room. Return policy is ‘no returns’ for everything that is not in stock. Most items are not in stock, require a special order and are therefore not refundable. Message to owner: Do not twist my words! I have specifically asked "If I have let's say 2-3 leftover cases after purchasing a pallet of tiles, can I return them?". The answer was no per policy.

Incredible deals !! Today I stopped by in a whim and found my go to spot. Great service and showroom. Their selection is super broad as well. Incredible. I came for the first time and anisah helped me out. But tbh all their reps are good. I’m replacing my old shower (pics below ) and getting a new one. So ofc I can’t wait for my upgraded bath !!! Thanks ABS definitely coming back
