I wish I could give a score lower than 1. I went in to get some blinds and needed them cut. The woman in that department was with a customer so I was going to wait until she was done. I stood there and she never even acknowledged that I was there. I went to ask someone else for help and they brought me back to her. She helped everyone else as soon as they walked up except for me and I was waiting for 30min. I ended up not buying anything because I felt as my business didn't matter

Part of me hates Home Depot because I can never make it out of that store without buying a ton more stuff than what was originally on my shopping list. I also hate that I don't already own everything in the store. Still, it's a pretty nice place to shop.

I've been here 4 times this year. The place is awesome, couldn't find a fitting for a copper line, the store employee knew exactly where is was. BUT, Home Depot needs to have people walking around the parking lot for customers safety.

The worst customer service experience of my life. Our dishwasher broke, we ordered another one for delivery and installation. Guys show up and refuse to install the new dishwasher. Flat out say no. I tell them we paid for installation, they say they know that, they're just not going to do it because we don't have a shut off valve. We absolutely have a shut off valve, I know this because I shut off the water before they got to the house. They refuse to go to our utility room to check. They refuse to do anything. We ended up taking the old dishwasher out ourselves for them to haul away and installed the new one on our own. My husband and I have gone back and forth with Home Depot management about refunding our installation fee. They essentially called us liars because "that's not what was documented." We still have not gotten nor expect to get the $160 installation fee we paid to install our dishwasher ourselves. 0/10, will never go back to Home Depot.
