I would highly recommend going to this place! The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I took an embroidery lesson and didn't even know how to run my machine when I walked in. Two hours later I'm making multi-colored designs. I will definitely be back!

My wife had a problem with her machine so I took it someplace else first. They looked at it for 10 minutes and told me minimum charge would be $100 for an hour to fix the problems. And possibly it was an issue with the computer or electronics which would be beyond their scope to repair. And the turn around time was 12-15 weeks. I went to the Electric Needle and the tech guy turned it on and had the problem solved in 5 minutes. I decided to leave the machine for a cleaning because clearly these guys know what they are doing. I think I found our new sewing store!

This place is AMAZING! I am a pretty basic/beginner sewer, I make dog collars, coats, and beds. I stopped in last night for the first time ever to inquire about repair costs to see if it was even worth looking at vs replacing. The staff was so easy going and helpful! Their fabric was gorgeous and we know how that goes.... I brought my machine in tonight shortly before close and in less than 5 minutes they found and fixed my issue and when I asked what I owed they didn't want a dime. They have earned a loyal customer. They could not be more helpful. They offer tons of classes, I only wish I had more time to go to them! Very highly recommended for all levels!

Such fabulous staff and service! these guys are wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and has nice selection of fabrics including 108 inchers that i have not found elsewhere. Quick repair and cleaning service. my machine ran BETTER and quieter after their cleaning than it did when it was brand new. so cool. will never go anywhere else.
