My appointment was at 1pm, I come 30 min later and now is 2:20 pm and I am not yet loaded, 2 trucks come after me and they give them a doors, what is wrong with this company. I want make update, now is 5:30 and I am not yet loaded, terrible company

Over a 5 day period, I called 4 times a day. No Answer at any of the numbers. Their website does not list any of the executives and their positions. Left VM on the ADMIN extension , no answer.. Very confusing as why they conduct business in this manner..
