Just about come here once or twice a week and I’ve had GREAT service Everytime. But today. The women in the window just was rude. I’m a manager of a good place myself and that was just pathetic customer service.

Last time we ever come back to this kfc. The food was gross and the person at the window was far from friendly and wouldn't even look at me when handing me our food. Just bc your short staffed doesn't give you the green light to be rude.

I was eating my food on break and I was hungry 8 hours no break when I got to my last piece , which was a leg I couldn’t even bite it , and grease was dripping from the other pieces , I’m sick to my stomach now , I’ll never return here again , they gotta be putting the old chicken back in the grease and the tea taste like water , didn’t have any sugar in it , DIGUSTING🤮

My trip to the hwy 290 KFC was not very pleasing. I ask for wings, not hot or spicy. When I went to have my dinner my box contained hot/spicy barbecue short wings. It was too late to go back and since I had not cooked, I had to eat them. But I couldn't, the meat showed injured, bruised pieces of chicken that tasted bad and looked even worse. Usually I am pleased and enjoyed my KFC meals but not that one. See attached
