The 2 ladies at the office were awesome! Even though I didn't have enough to stay , they tried to help me on booking the room to were I got a small discount to help me get a room, they still made me feel like I was a customer, they help me find a hotel I could afford, and even help me achieve a Lyft ride even though I had never done that before, DOES THAT SOUNDS LIKE ABOVE OR BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY!!!! I if you've never received service in that way I would suggest you to go to this hotel and you will see what I'm talking about. I do a lot of traveling and I've stayed in a lot of hotels unfortunately for me I don't have the money to stay and high dollar hotels, but if that's the kind of service that they give, then, I might have to start springing a little bit extra money to make sure that I got treatment like that again!!!!

Positive: It was at least fairly clean. Negative: First be aware that this hotel requires a deposit for incidentals. What incidentals? Thing of the past but they charged my card a day 5 days after my stay I don't have my funds back. Second, no hot water in the shower. This was really brutal.

Positive: Great location, near interstate and access to both Greenville and Spartanburg. Very quiet, and clean rooms. Negative: Old, 1 cup coffee maker. However, coffee was offered in lobby during breakfast time. On 4 day trip, I had to go get room key 're-actived' each day.

Positive: The best part is how clean the room was. It was great to sleep in that big bed and wash in a clean shower. The soap and other items were cool to for me to use. No bugs and the AC worked. ^^ Negative: The limited breakfast was meh. I could see why hardly anyone was getting the pack of oatmeal, honey buns, and etc there. The OJ was good tho. Also, I wish I knew that my room was on the higher floor. Got to my knees climbing the stairs.
