Forte Roofing did an amazing job on my roof, Jason is really knowledgeable, knows what hes doing and was very thorough when he gave me my estimate made my decision to go with Forte Roofing easy. They installed my roof in one day and the clean up job they did was immaculate. My yard looked better after they came and installed my roof. They really pay good attention to detail. My overall opinion with them is that's probably the best customer service I've ever gotten from any business also the most easiest process to go through to replace my roof. Highly Recommend Great Job

Extremely satisfied!! Best decision I made was to call Forte Roofing!! I had water leaking through my kitchen recess lighting. Above was a bathroom so I called a plumber. The plumber couldn't identify where the leak was coming. I decided to call a roofing company. After researching reviews and checking BBB I decided on Forte Roofing. Jason answered my call and scheduled to come over the next day. When Jason arrived he explained what could be root causes and then proceeded to inspect the roof. When he came down from the roof he showed me pictures he took so I could see what he was explaining as the issue. Fortunately he had the part needed to repair the leak and did so right then. It was the boot that lays at the bottom of the plumbing pipe that runs out from the rooftop. Also, through his inspection he identified nails popping out around the vent line so he nailed and sealed them. This prevented further leaking in other areas of my roof. He also advised that my roof had 5-7 years of life left so no further expense at this time. Jason demonstrated the utmost integrity, he was generous with his knowledge sharing and expertise. All this at a very reasonable price. I asked for several of his business cards to hand out to neighbors and family. It's a "huge relief" to a homeowner when you find a business that is trustworthy, knowledgeable, dependable.......and affordable!! Thank you so much Jason!! You will certainly be my "go to" again!

As long as you hire a reputable roofing contractor, you shouldn't have to replace your roof until it's near the end of its lifespan. You should start budgeting for a roof replacement around the 22-year mark if you have the most popular roofing material in the country (i.e. architectural asphalt shingles).
Signs that indicate the need for a new roof: A worn roof cover, flaws in the seams, bubbles along the roof cover, and gaps in the flashing are all signs of roof issues. The roof’s age must also be taken into account.
The cost of a total roof replacement is based on several variances. The most obvious factor is the size of the roof; the more square feet involved, the higher the labor and cost of materials to complete the replacement will be.
