I’ve been training with Coach Joe for a couple weeks now and I can definitely see a difference with my boxing and conditioning. He is a great coach and very patient. Overall a really good guy as well! Great workouts and drills with combinations and a wide variety in his gym (treadmill, bike, jumpropes, mult. bags, a ring and more). Coach has also helped me a lot to reach my goals, which was one of the first things he asked me, “what were my goals.” Which was very good to hear when first starting out. Thanks coach!

After just two sessions I can already see huge improvement! Joe is an excellent trainer because he is patient and will really make sure you understand the proper technique before moving on to another topic. The sessions are great exercise, and are very insightful. I will definitely continue to train with joe for a long time!

The atmosphere of the gym is astonishing, great equipment and it has that old school boxing gym feel to it. The personal sessions are the best you will see improvements within days. Coach Joe trains you to be a smart and great boxer, he's great at tailoring drills to your style and has a very flexible schedule. From when i started to now iv'e improved so much and i am a lot more comfortable in my boxing ability. Overall best Coaching iv'e ever had and the atmosphere is awesome.
