This is the second car we've bought from Putnam, and our first Subaru. We came here because of the Costco Auto Buying Program and were put in contact with Miguel Reyes. From the very beginning, Miguel was friendly and helpful. He understood that we were under some time constraints with having jobs and kids and he was very respectful of our time. He made himself available for us when we were ready and was never pushy. Miguel and the team at Putnam Subaru were able to to get us in an out quickly. I came back for another visit to learn about our Ascent and worked with Ricardo. He was very thorough in going over all the features of the car and answered all of my questions. I found a 2022 Subaru Legacy online and called and spoke with Miguel who got me sorted within a few hours. I drove 3.5 hours to this dealership and worked with Bryan D.. Miguel had already spoken with Bryan D about the details Miguel and I had discussed on the phone the previous day. I showed up and Bryan D. had already started the paperwork, I test drove the car and then off to finance to sign papers! Both Miguel and Bryan D made life incredibly easy for me.
