They should tell you on the website that you need to sort everything before you go. They are particular on what they accept and stand over you monitoring and inspecting what you donate. I understand they are doing their job but I felt like I was being more of a pain than trying to help. Oh well... next time I'll just throw stuff in the garbage much easier and less stressful.

out what's neI often go andw or available at Goodwill. And this location is and was always my favorite one. It's one of the bigger ones and not as crowded as some of the others. And finding an item, pans, tops, dresses etc., That was of my liking and approval was never a problem, and definitely matched my already compact income. The staff. Existed primarily in the background, and I never found the need for requesting assistance with anything. Generally friendly co-workers made an easy check out quick and successful. Not much conversation ever exchanged, I didn't find it necessary to give this a further thought of importance in continuing to stay a regularly visiting customer. But on this particular rainy and cold day, it reared it's ugly head unfortunately. As I entered, to find a busier then usual scene of shoppers, my attention got drawn to a high pitching, almost anoying sound coming from my right. Ignoring it became impossible as the minutes went on. I finally looked to find it's origin, only to encounter an employee, who later on turned out to be a manager lady, young and stern, preaching, no, yelling almost, to the 2 younger girls who patiently and quietly listened to the 'lessons"of the first day on the Job 101s. A bit over done, I thought, to loud and inappropriately exercised infront of spectating customers, the 2 seemed intimidated and confused. Shortly thereafter the two girls where dismissed from "boot camp orientation. Their departure was conducted quickly. As I continued on my shopping, I had no choice but to further witness this young Lady managers high strung business conductions, by her audience seeking ways. Surprising to me also was, that the cashier mirrored these uncomfortable, unprofessional ways. Disruptive where these unnecessary interactions with peaceful customers, as they where being treated more like a loss prevention situation, then a welcome shopper, for no apparent reason. The peaceful atmosphere at this Lisa Goodwill store quickly changed. Previously contempt customers started to exchange looks at each other first, still keeping the required 6 feet distance. As the 2 Goodwill Ladies misplaced actions, suggestive behavior towards multiple individuals, myself included, not only didn't end, but had gotten even more aggressive and provocative, conversations started throughout almost the entire store, and a breach in social distancing was inevitable. Folks started to exit, and the crowds got slimmer, some making a last quick purchase, being almost yelled at by the cashier, who sounded more like enforcing customer help, rather then an option. I was amongst those who couldn't wait to leave and paid for my single item merchandise. I even asked, commented as to why this behavior was necessary, and a third lady, now standing and patrolling the entrance/exit with the long, dark haired young manager. I was treated rudely by the cashier, very rudely by the manager, who never cracked a smile, as none of the employees did and gifted us all with "looks" to kill. Armageddon must've arrived and no one told me, I thought as I urgently moved away from this location in Burlingame. This was disturbing, very much so! Unexpected and out of place. The negative impact so early that morning, stayed with me much throughout the day! Somebody needs to be "informed" about this incident; this much is for sure! (No star rating is necessary

I enquired on Sunday and was told No. They are still pausing receiving donations for now
Maybe, they have kids clothes, so you have a good shot.
You can drop them off in the back. I think. You should call them to confirm.
