This Could Happen To You...Had a back-up camera installed. Told install was complete and left. Problems began immediately: Back-up lines were on all the time, traffic on the right was showing up on the left. Pulled over and tried to adjust then re-set. Nothing helped. Returned to AI. Their response was to blame the equipment (which I had provided) and not take responsibility for installer error. I told Jeff that I believed the installer had hooked up the camera to be on all the time AND to the reverse light. And this is exactly what the installer did (which was wrong). They made the fix but it was a blatant installer mistake that never should have happened and compromised my safety as this was taking the place of my rear view mirror.

For anyone looking for professional car stereo install, Jeff and his team at Audio Images should be the first and only place you look. I let them know what I was looking for, and they gave me a few different options based on my budget. There is no pressure to purchase anything, and they are straight up with the cost. They even knocked time off of my original labor quote because they were able to finish the job faster than expected. Talk about honest work! They could have easily charged me my original quote without me knowing, but this is the kind of business Jeff is running.
