My daughter inlaw had some packages coming in and the driver said he wasn't able deliver it witch he was lieing about not able to he was just a bad driver that didnt know how to read an address so we had to go to the customer center to pick up the packages the staff there was nice and was able to give us rhe packages

The guy who delivered our package today delivered it to the next door neighbor, (we live in the country) unknown to us. I called UPS and they said they would have the driver come back. 2 hours later the driver showed up and was a real a real jerk. Said he would probably get fired. Said he didn't care it was just temporary. We got the package from the neighbor ourselves. Our address is in BIG #'s at the end of our driveway. His customer service skills need improving BIG time.

A pretty expensive package I ordered and needed by Friday has now been pushed back to monday with no options to pick it up.... this place is pathetic, second time this had happened

Surely UPS can drive up to the house to make a delivery. The delivery driver left my package on the county road along side the mail box, over 1/3 mile away and out of sight of the house. Anyone could have picked it up and I would have never known! Fortunately, a friend saw the package there and brought it to the house.
