I had a situation with a FedEx package leaving from this Goin' Postal in Coalinga to Miami unfortunately FedEx provided a really bad service and ended up sending the package back to Coalinga. I called them directly in Coalinga to find a solution and Kevin was very very very professional , helpful and cooperative all the way. I highly recommend their service. Yesterday I received my box. Thank you guys!

Always super friendly and helpful, saving me a 45 minute drive to drop off packages! We need to appreciate these guys for the convenience of accepting our packages! I once had a UPS Package which gave GOIN'POSTAL as option to drop off. It needed to be scanned, but only UPS stores could scan it for return. Greg took the time to explain how to go cancel initial return, and resubmit it so label printed for drop off without scan. I was back in less than 15 minutes with proper label, and package was returned quick. I appreciate these guys!
