Nasty attitude u got chicken tenders with hot honey sauce apparently they cant find any. I think they r lazy. It happens all the time when we come here.. won't be back after this

I've been to this Hardee's on several occasions, but this is my last time. First went through the drive through to avoid getting nasty attitude looks from Ashleigh inside (someone I don't even know and never have known.) So, I drive up to order and I was immediately informed that I would have to come inside if I needed a drink as their ice machine was down, I was polite and understanding. So I go inside and place my order. I pay for a large drink and was charged. The employee then informed me they were out of large cups and asked if I wanted two medium cups instead. I asked for a refund and then paid for 1 medium. I go to get Coke Zero and it is out... I get my food and sit down to eat my sausage biscuit, but it is full of egg shells. This place will shut down just like the other one.. Looked at other reviews and saw the picture of a roach on the wall.. NEVER AGAIN!

Usually dont have an issue with the drive thru but my dad and I came in so he could sit and eat since it was 11:30. Every table was dirty, so we cleared one off and sat down just to have a cockroach say hi before dipping under the wallpaper, very cool, very cool ...probably wanted a fry now that I think about it

Ordered my food. 50 plus dollars worth. Got my order wrong THEN (hadn't touched the food mind you) brought it back to exchange and they wanted to ARGUE with me over it when I KNOW its recorded and then the cook making sandwiches had on NO gloves. Trash service trash people GREAT FOOD thats about IT!! Better triple check those orders!
