Bought a fridge and the install seemed to go fine, but they didn't install the ice maker correctly. After a reschedule for a swap out, the 2nd install was just as bad. Same 2 guys. Brutal. It took an in store visit & a repair guy from Asheville BB to come out and correct the install so now we get ice cubes. Finally, we got good response & follow up from David Thompson....good job, but that was after 2 installs, 2 no-show no-calls. Just unacceptable.

Horrible! I bought a washer and dryer and had them delivered and installed. The tech was great but the dryer was dented and the washer is missing the detergent fill tray. Tech gave me the number to call to get the problems resolved. On my first attempt, the robot ended up routing me straight to Samsung. I hung up and called back. I waited 20 minutes to get get patched through to India. The rep spent 10 minutes taking my info then transfered me to another department. I was on hold again, then got hung up on. In the end, I paid $2k for appliances in the condition you'd expect from a second hand store, and wasted the better part of an hour trying to get through to customer service. It's expected that things will go wrong, but best buy isn't set up to deal with problems. Go somewhere else, even if it costs a little more.

Store is always clean and bright but it's very difficult to find help. This has been a problem for years, not just during and after the pandemic. I often find I leave and go shop somewhere else. But, if you do find someone to help you, they are usually knowledgeable. I find that i won't go in Best Buy unless I really have to.

They definitely try at this location. I've never had an issue with returns or open box purchase issues. I've probably spent the better part of a decade shopping at this location and will continue to do so.
