It's cramped but it has a great variety of machines and free weights and the owners are very friendly. It's also 24 hour and reasonably priced, especially if you do a few months at a time.

It was my first …Several members reported this individual and his friend for causing damage and interrupting everyone's workout. There are vast resources online that teaches you how to lift. Deadlifting with metal weights and letting the bar free fall from your waste is a good way to get hurt and destroy gym equipment. I received several thanks from others for stopping them. Thankfully I interviened before these young men broke their feet. Unfortunately these folks get so butt hurt if you correct them in any way. I would suggest listening to those who know what their doing instead of defending idiocy.
