Unless you shop the clearance rack, which is always out of season, you're going to spend too much here. I just don't think it's worth it. It's a little bit of a store for older people, but I'd recommend Burkes and even Walmart before shopping here.

My son bought me a new watch and it didn't quite fit. I took it back to the store to see if they could size it for me. They did! And the staff was so friendly and helpful. Pay them a visit.

I went to purchase two items for a birthday gift. A necklace, and perfume. The necklace was advertised as 60% discount WITH APP, NOT CARD. I had the app installed previously from trips and had no issue. Only one register of the whole store was open. Lady at register was being very pushy to getting a belks card. I tried to explain to her I’m not old enough to sign up for a card. She continuously forced the card and then I told her I would pay cash. That shut her up. I had the coupon ready on my phone, as it clearly stated for use in store and online. No restrictions based off belks card. She told me I could not use the coupons unless I signed up for a card. Did not purchase a single thing I left the products in the counter and left. Never coming back I hope this place closes down and looses business.
