A ridiculous place to live. Wouldn't recommend it to my worse enemies!! Their website claims fenced in playground, newly paved roads, lights!! If you are desperate for a place to live, and you come to look at a home, you can see for yourself that none of the above is here, other than the lights that are the same lights that have been here for over 20 years!!

Affordable lease to purchase homes. Quiet friendly mobile home park. Love the fact that their pet friendly. The manager is very friendly as well. Just a great place to live all around.

I know someone who lives there. Theirs has new wood floors and had been updated. Some are not. You would have to do a walk through.
