Kids ran thru the yard at all times of day and parents didn't care and neither did management. There was no respect for your privacy or property. Definitely double standards . Rules need to apply to everyone no matter how LONG you have lived there.

My daughter shocked me in taking here; when we arrived she pulled into a driveway promptly saying this is mine! It's a very nice mobile trailer park. Very well maintained. It has a small playground for small children!!

It is a very well kept park and my kids and I love living here ! It is perfect for us ! Management is very nice and we enjoy living here ! There is little to no actual crime and the police department is always visible throughout the day as they drive through to keep an eye on things ! There are people of all ages here and it feels like home ! There are rules you must follow but they are for the good of everyone and I am glad to have them so that our park stays beautiful ! My neighbors are friendly and kind ! The office manager Terri is very sweet and always understanding ! I have lived here a little over a year but it has been great so far !! The ones who complain are the ones that are probably not following the rules to begin with ! I love that background checks are done to live here as well !! We could use more park equipment but we have a city park very close so it is alright ! I feel at home here ! It is safe and quiet ! You can’t ask for much more than that ! And we are living the country life :)

Management complains about every little thing consistently threatens eviction, kids are always in middle of the road and don't move, parents are nowhere to be found, stray cats everywhere having kittens under your home. water is under a boil advisory a lot and bill is ridiculously high, management will complain about something your doing wrong but will allow others to get away with it. Worst place I've ever lived can't wait to move.
