Horrible customer service. I called to ask if document shredding is offered at this location. Employee rudely interrupted me twice and stated they would have to call me back. He refused to answer any question about services they provide. Wouldn’t even let me ask my question before dismissing me.

Best UPS Store in Greater KC, I moved to Olathe and we still use this UPS Store even though it is a 15 minute drive and there are 2 others within 5 minutes. The guys are super nice, been using them for over 6 years now.

I mailed a packaged through UPS and along the way to return my $100 pair of shoes nack to the new balance store, the shoes comes up missing because it was "not taped good enough" it was insured for $100, but of course UPS denied the claim. So now I am out the $100 pair shoes and the and the $100 denied claim. I will never use UPS again.
