Walked the trail with a friend last week. The trilliums were just starting to come out. Should be out in full force soon. Not sure how long they go on blooming.
About 120 yards. However you can drop folks off at the lake and there is handicap parking at the lake.
Hunting in the wildlife Management areas occurs throughout the year for the most part. Various seasons for archery muzzleloader and rifle. You can read more at: https://www.dgif.virginia.gov/hunting/regulations/deer/ Basically if you are concerned I would recommend putting orange on your dogs.
