We always shop in target but this one is the only one who has BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The manager name PATTY is beyond rude. I thought target hire and trained their employee well, but apparently this "manager" doesn't know how to act like a manager. She supposed to be understanding to targets customers but what she did is embarrassed the loyal customers of target. I think target needs to train her again as she has POOR customers service 😢 we had worst experience in target and it is very disappointing.

My complaint is for the manager Patty. Rudest person I have ever talked to working for target. Tells me they won't honor a price match guarantee because it's not on their app or some nonsense. The competitor was bed bath and beyond... Anyway she ends the conversation with "are you going to purchase this item for regular price?" I say no I'm not and she takes my basket away and leaves. I'm sitting there at the register in shock like did this lady really just do that. Won't be back. The store itself is nice but the management needs some serious people skills training.

There are 3 Target stores near me, however, I always go to the one on San Fernando Mission and Balboa because it is the most organize and clean of the 3. I know where the items I need are and it’s usually well stocked. It’s very spacious too. The return process is super easy, especially if you have the red card. They have about ten self check out cashiers and it’s super ease to exit from the parking lot whichever direction you want to go. The customer service could use a little more refinement, but it’s not a big deal. This one is my Target.

Drive up is the way to go if you don't want to wait in line or go looking for your item when you don't know where it is. I been to this Target location many times before covid and during covid where I never had a bad experience. The place is cleaned and very organize. This time on my way home I decided to use their drive up pickup option, the drive up is in front of the store and not in the parking structure so be aware of that. After I check in and mark that I was there, it took like less than a minute for a employee to come out with my items. They will confirm the 4 digit code that you'll get when you mark that you're there at the store to verify it's your order. I had to get something for my sister so I had to park and go inside, I saw that they had a long line at the customer service area so I made a great choice on not doing store pickup because I would've had to wait.
